Heads Up

The York Poquoson Williamsburg 911 Center has a special program to provide emergency response personnel, while en route, with the knowledge of pre-existing conditions or situations present at emergency scenes. This included individuals confined to a wheelchair or other disabilities or important medical information.
The program is called "Heads Up" symbolizing the call to action for emergency responders. The information provided, makes sure the first to the scene have been alerted and are mindful of the special conditions or situations they may face when called into action.
