Carys Chapel Road Housing Rehabilitation Project

York County Housing and Neighborhood Revitalization Division was awarded funding for a housing rehabilitation project located at Carys Chapel Road in York County in July 2023.  This rehab project was funded by Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development thru a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG).  The project outcome included the rehabilitation of 14 homes, substantial reconstruction of 1 home and the demolition of 1 vacant structure.  The total number of Low-Moderate Income (LMI) persons to benefit from the project were 27.
