Neil Morgan is the County Administrator. As the Chief Administrative Officer of York County, Mr. Morgan is responsible for the execution of policies established by the Board of Supervisors, the planning and implementation of programs and services to the citizens, visitors and businesses of York County, and the administrative oversight of the county's departments. Mr. Morgan works to continue York County's excellent tradition of quality customer service and strives to maintain the standard of living residents of York County have come to enjoy.
