INCENTIVE GUIDELINES
- No minimum grant amount
- Maximum grant amount is typically equal to 30 months tax impact
- Grants may require Board of Supervisors approval
- Staff to use their discretion as to when to use the HRPDC fiscal models to evaluate incentive requests
- Incentives require a performance agreement, which may include claw back provisions
- Business cannot be in default or non-compliance with any county programs, ordinances, or taxes
