Facility Permit Requests

Use the facility request permit form (PDF) to request personal use of County facilities. Requests must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the requested starting dates. Once the form is completed, please print, sign the form, and mail, email or bring it to the Parks and Recreation office along with full payment. In order to email the document, please scan it and email it as a PDF attachment to parksandrec@yorkcounty.gov.

Permit Use

The facility request permit (PDF) should be used for the following type of facilities:

• York County Elementary School gymnasiums and athletic fields after 4 p.m. on school days and anytime on non-school days and weekends.
• York County Middle School gymnasiums and athletic fields after 5 p.m. on school days and anytime on non-school days and weekends.
• York County Parks and Athletic Fields
  • Charles Brown Park
  • Chisman Creek Park
  • Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Building at Charles Brown Park
  • Kiln Creek
  • New Quarter Park
  • Wolf Trap Park
• Yorktown Waterfront Permit (Beach & Picnic Area)
  • Yorktown Waterfront
• McReynolds Athletic Complex has its own permit form
  • McReynolds Athletic Complex (MAC)
