Adoption of the Comprehensive Plan

At its November 21, 2023 meeting, the York County Board of Supervisors adopted the 2040 Comprehensive Plan. This followed two public hearings at the Planning Commission in June and August 2023, subsequent revisions, and certification and a recommendation of approval in September.  The adoption of the 2040 Plan follows years of hard work by the Steering Committee, the Planning Commission, the Board, staff, and all of our citizens who shaped this Plan.  Read on...
