FAQs
Who can participate?
Any student in grades six through twelve is welcome to sign up.
How do I keep track of my books?
All logging is done through Beanstack.
How can I possibly read 100 books before I graduate high school?
We don't expect you to read 100 books in a week, month or even a year. However, if you read just one book a week, you'll have read over 100 books in just two years! If you join the program in sixth grade, you'll have seven years to complete the 100 Books Before Graduation program. Remember everyone reads at their own pace. So take your time and enjoy the process.
What can I count toward my goal?
Reading choice is 100% up to you! Assigned books for school, graphic novels, manga, audiobooks, and ebooks all count. However, you can only log books you've read after you register for the program. So, that book you read in fourth grade doesn't count.
Can I re-read books?
Absolutely! We would love for you to read 100 individual books, but we know that we all have our comfort books that we love to re-read.
How can I win prizes?
You'll get a prize for registering for the 100 Books Before Graduation program and when you read 25, 50, 75, and 100 books.
