Curbside Garbage & Recycling Collections - Week of February 16
Garbage and recycling are operating on the regular schedule. However, Red Week Recycling routes are running behind due to mechanical issues, and may carry over. Residents are reminded to place their trash and recycling containers at the roadside by 7 a.m. on their regular collection day.
York County Waste Management Division manages the weekly curbside garbage and bi-weekly recycling collection programs, picks up yard waste and bulky items from residences, collects drop-off recycling, and coordinates with others for special collection events. The VPPSA Compost Facility is also housed at the Waste Management Facility.
