Please note that all camp fees are non-refundable. Once registration is complete and payment has been processed, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
Scheduling conflicts
Illness or injury
Homesickness
Behavioral dismissal from camp
Voluntary withdrawal
This policy allows us to plan effectively for staffing, meals, lodging, and program materials for every camper. We appreciate your understanding and support as we work to provide a high-quality experience for all participants.
