Youth ages 3-16 may participate. Age grouped leagues are all organized as follows:

16 & under (16u)The Start Smart (Instructional Class) is a coed program for children ages 3-5.

Skate, Rattle & Roll is held on Friday nights from September through May at Dare Elementary School. Grades K-6th session is 6 to 8:30 pm. Once a month grades 6-8th from 9-11 pm

The McReynolds Athletic Complex (MAC), Kiln Creek Park, Wolf Trap Road, and York County Elementary School fields will be used.
