No action is taken in a closed meeting.

  • Citizens' Comment Period is an opportunity for citizens to address the Board. At the second regular meeting of the month, the floor is open to York County citizens, property owners, and business owners who may wish to speak on any matter of concern. The Board limits speaking on the same topic to 3 times within a 12-month period. Speakers are limited to a 3-minute presentation.
