Rainbow Puppets present Beautiful Tales! on Saturday, March 30, at the Yorktown Library at 10:30 a.m. and Tabb Library at 2:30 p.m. Beautiful Tales! features three classic adventures with a twist. You'll enjoy Sleeping Beauty, The Ugly Duckling, and Beauty and the Beast retold by the founder of Rainbow Puppet Productions, David Messick.
Sleeping Beauty comes to life with the thrilling musical score by Peter Tchaikovsky. There's the evil fairy, a wicked curse, and a brave plan that just has to work! The Ugly Duckling learns that he's perfect just the way he is. In Beauty and the Beast, we'll find that true beauty is found in the way we treat one another. As always, there will be lots of surprises and lots of audience participation.
