Jan Brown, on behalf of SpiritWorks Foundation, presents an informative talk titled "Introducing the Invitation to Change: A Compassionate Approach to Supporting Parents and Family Members Who are Dealing with a Loved One’s Addiction." As parents and caregivers, supporting a child through substance use challenges can feel overwhelming and isolating. Traditional approaches often rely on confrontation and ultimatums, leaving both the child and the family feeling frustrated and disconnected. In this introductory session, we will explore the core principles of the Invitation to Change method and how it can transform the way you support your child on their journey to wellness.
