3.    No Wake Zones and Markers in York County Waterways.  Consider approval of Proposed Ordinance 26-3 to amend Chapter 16, Section 16.43, of the York County Code to implement Virginia Code § 29.1-744(D) by establishing “No Wake” zones on certain designated waterways in York County, and Proposed Resolution R26-18 to formally request, pursuant to Virginia Code § 29.1-744(E), that such “No Wake” zones be designated by regulatory markers and forwarded to the Virginia Department of Wildlife Resources for consideration and action.   Approved as Amended

8.    Marlbank Stream Restoration Stormwater Local Assistance Fund (SLAF) Grant.  Consider adoption of Proposed Resolution 26-20 to authorize the County Administrator to accept and appropriate funds and take all actions necessary to accept the grant for the Marlbank Stream Restoration Project.   Approved

9.    Board Policy Amendment Short-Term Rental Homes.  Consider adoption of Proposed Resolution R26-27 to amend Board Policy number BP24-30, Short-Term Rental Homes policy (tourist homes and bed & breakfast inns) to include a provision that would regulate pools.   Approved
