Board of Supervisors’ Chair and Vice Chair Announced
At the Board of Supervisors’ organizational meeting on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, Douglas R. Holroyd (District 1) was appointed Chairman, and Thomas G. Shepperd, Jr. (District 5) was appointed Vice Chairman. Mr. Holroyd is in his first term on the Board of Supervisors, and Mr. Shepperd is in his seventh term. In addition to Mr. Holroyd and Mr. Shepperd, the remaining three Supervisors are: Sheila S. Noll (District 2) Mr. Wayne Drewry (District 3) Mr. Stephen Roane (District 4). The York County Board of Supervisors meets the first and third Tuesday of every month (excluding the first Tuesdays in July and November).
