York River Commerce Park is comprised of approximately 102 acres of General Industrial (IG) zoned property. Businesses include Travaini Pumps, Ryson International, AVID LLC and Marine Sonic Technology. Excellent location served by CSX Rail. The park is home to York County's first Virtual Building and offers newly developed flex space (available Summer 2016).
